anything goes

This is an analog stop motion for my digital film class (with swiftly rendered drawings, my favorite typeface and found patterns). The goal was to follow the example of the masters of photomontage—who often illustrated sharp opinions on current social issues.

I know, I know. It needs a REALLY funny ending—working on it.

Soundtrack: Anything Goes by Cole Porter

If you like these patterns so much you should take a look at the british gourp timorous beasties, they are fantastic and have a good play on the ornamental traditional patterns.

I love this! I really like it when you create work with LGBT commentary. (It reminds me of the experimental type projections with the 'this is fine' and 'extraordinary' type.)
